Tanya Hay - Antenatal Teacher

I am a qualified Birth Educator with a special interest in relaxation and hypnosis. I have a Diploma in Adult Education -Antenatal Education – and have trained with the NCT (National Childbirth Trust). I am also a qualified HypnoBirthing Practitioner and run regular Antenatal and HypnoBirthing courses in Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh. I previously worked in the demanding IT sector as a Technical Author and Trainer.
I am married with two beautiful children and as a mother of two I bring a personal understanding of pregnancy and parenting to all my courses. Having gone to Antenatal classes myself when pregnant I have always believed that pregnancy and childbirth is one of the most important events of people’s lives. Being able to offer professional and unbiased support to parents to be, so that they can be empowered to make informed choices about your pregnancy, labour and birth; is the most enjoyable and rewarding job in the world.
