Welcome to my Antenatal, HypnoBirthing® and Infant Massage Web site. I
started Great Expectations in response to the growing demand
for antenatal and postnatal education and the need for diversity in how
this
education is delivered. More importantly, it is my passion to help
parents prepare for and achieve the birth
experience they want, whether that is a natural birth, homebirth,
hospital birth, water birth, or planned c-section.
My personalised approach to groups, or individuals, allows me
to offer professional and unbiased support, so that you can be
empowered to make informed choices about your pregnancy, labour and
birth. My courses offer a complete antenatal programme for a calm,
comfortable and relaxed birth with the added continuity of postnatal
care in the form of Infant Massage.

There are a new set of courses scheduled
for Infant Massage, HypnoBirthing and Antenatal Education. I hope you

You can now claim a one-off, tax-free payment from H M Revenue
& Customs (HMRC) if you're a mum-to-be who's at least 25 weeks
pregnant. The payment is called 'Health in Pregnancy Grant' and
is a
one-off payment of £190 for each pregnancy. If you are thinking about
any form of education to prepare for your birth make sure you claim
your grant to pay for all or part of the costs. To get more information
